Where is the size guide?

A size chart page is provided on our homepage menu and a "Sizing Chart" link is provided on all relevant product pages.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are made to order. It typically takes about 10-14 days for us to print, ship, and deliver the shirt. All shirts, hats, and leggings ship from one of our US print facilities and travel via UPS or USPS to your address. Tracking numbers are available for these items.
For non-apparel items, delivery can vary and take 2-4 weeks depending on the product. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Since many products are made to order, we have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world! If you run into an issue during checkout, just email us and we should be able to add your country for you.

How long does standard shipping take?

Generally, orders within the USA will take 10-14 days to be delivered from the time that the order is placed. We also offer expedited shipping options on all tops and hats, within the USA. International shipping options vary based on country.

When will my order be sent?

Most of our items are made to order and we do our best to send them out within 5 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay and Paypal.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship all orders with UPS and USPS, depending on location and shipping option.

What is your return/refund policy?

All products can be returned/refunded within 2 weeks as long as they are unused, unwashed and in perfect condition. More information can be found here: Return Policy

Where will my order be shipped from?

Our main production facilities are in the Detroit, Los Angeles, and Charlotte however we do also work with 3rd party partners both within the USA and internationally.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is emailed to you, and you will receive Facebook Messenger notifications if you've selected this option. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder for our email or email us directly at wecare@doggystyleclothing.com.

Can I use more than 1 discount code at a time?

No, our system only allows 1 code to be used per order.

Can holiday/seasonal (Christmas, Halloween, 4th of July, Autumn, etc) shirts be exchanged or returned?

No, all holiday/seasonal themed shirts/tanks are final and can not be exchanged or returned.
